Daun sirsak memiliki aktivitas antibakteri karena mengandung flavonoid, saponin, tanin dan triterpenoid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pada formulasi sediaan sabun cair dari ekstrak daun (Annona muricata Linn) terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Ekstrak dengan variasi konsentrasi 10%, 15%, 30% kontrol negatif tidak menggunakan menguji Staphyloccus Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memenuhi persyaratan mutu mandi menurut SNI 06-332-1994.
